Her path has led her to explore and weave artistic expression through non-linear somatic movement, embodied meditation, and hatha postures.
As a result, her sister circles, yoga classes, dance and womb wellness practices across Africa have helped people express freely and feel their way toward an awakened path.
This Atlanta native’s contagious spark invites us all to “keep flowing, not forcing”.

Based in Bali, the healing capital of Asia, she travels to yoga schools across the globe to educate yoga students in the importance of human and functional anatomy encouraging them to develop their self-awareness, teaching and to enlighten others.
She combines her extensive knowledge of sports therapy, osteopathy, Pilates, yoga and experience into a unique interactive anatomy and movement class, that is both engaging and fun.
As well as being an Osteopath and a qualified pilates teacher, Rachel is also trained in dry needling, cranio-sacral osteopathy, Garuda mat, pediatrics, wuo thai, zen thai shiatsu and recently Thai Vedic Yoga and the thai massage circus. Over the last two years she has started to incorporate sound healing.
Her mantra “educating and moving the world one body at a time” stems from over 24 years of hands on experience and 14 years of teaching. Her passion to help others through touch and movement began while practicing sports therapy in the UK and Caribbean.
As part of her natural progression Rachel studied for an honors degree from the British School of Osteopathy, where she graduated in 2000. Since then, Rachel has practiced osteopathy, taught anatomy, osteopathic technique and other related workshops such as the importance of touch and cueing in the UK, New Zealand, Australia and Indonesia.
Graduated from the Phoenix Institute of Australia in 2001 with a very clear vision that his gifts and passions were best directed in the power of group, mythology and the potent healing energy that is exchanged in each others stories, both personal and Universal. He brings to his work over 16 years of experience in Transpersonal Counselling and Art Therapy Techniques, 19 years of Yoga Teaching and over 25 Years experience in the Creative Arts Fields, as a dancer, choreographer and movement stylist for, none other, than Tina Turner.
Andrew has a diverse yoga background and teaches a combination of Hatha, Bhakti and TantraYoga. His creative, joyful and heart-filled teaching strengthens the body, soothes and clears the mind, whilst enlivening and enriching the Spirit through both postural and universal alignment.
He has a Diploma Of Health in Yoga (CAE), and is a certified yoga instructor With The Yoga Teachers Association (YTA) in Australia.
His unique teaching style is imbued with Heart and Soul and rich in Tantric Philosophy. His classes are filled with Inspiration, Story telling, Mantra and the Spirit of the Divine.
With over 2 decades of experience as a yoga practitioner and Yoga Alliance accredited teacher trainer, and supported by a Bachelor in Social Work, Canadian-raised and Switzerland-educated, Simone MacKay has dedicated her life to the path of self enquiry, care and conscious living while empowering others to do the same.
Her new project Somah Journeys, grounded in shamanic, yogic and nature-based spirituality, brings together a wealth of study, various cultural lenses and wisdom traditions, ancient tools of Yoga
After three years of daily practice with Sri Dharma Mittra, Nino completed his teacher training, he began traveling internationally to teach, study and share yoga. In 2012, he moved to China to learn martial arts and fortunately, took the Shanghai yoga scene by storm, inspiring students and teachers alike with his unique flow sequence, synchronous soundtracks, and uplifting energy. As a global ambassador for Lululemon, he teach classes over 600+ students across China with ease
Practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching yoga and women’s work around the globe since 2003, in classes, workshops, retreats and yoga teacher trainings.
Tina’s yoga is therefore focused on consciously unraveling our body-mind’s contractions with guided awareness. Cultivating the art of deep presence, focused awareness and conscious breath within each asana, exploring all eight limbs of yoga simultaneously, on the mat.
Trained in both Classical Indian Yoga & Chinese Taoist Yoga, & specialized in Yin Yoga & Yoga Therapy, Tina is deeply passionate about creating opportunities for people of all backgrounds to connect directly and experientially with their body-mind and Spirit via the Yogic Arts. She is a resident yoga teacher at The Yoga Barn in Bali.
